My journey with dahlias began a few years ago, when we were living in Northern California. Some dear friends introduced me to the world of dahlias — they taught me the basics of their care, but more importantly, they passed on their love for these incredible flowers.

Since then, that love has grown beautifully.

When we moved to Western New York, my appreciation for all flowers deepened even more. The winters here are long and strong, which makes the arrival of spring feel even more magical and deeply appreciated.

Somewhere along the way, a vision started to take root: a dahlia nursery.

I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature and the cycles of life. Through the work I do with flowers, I also feel a powerful connection to people. That vision blossomed even further when some of our wonderful friends offered me a piece of their land — giving me the chance to grow from gardening into farming.
And with that,
designing with the flowers I grow was an organic step in my journey. What began as a way to share these beautiful blooms with friends has evolved into something even more meaningful — creating floral designs for weddings and special events.

It’s an honor to care for the land, to cultivate these blooming plants, and to harvest their gifts with intention. Using them to adorn brides, bring beauty into spaces, celebrate life’s special moments, and tell love stories through flowers feels like the most natural expression of this work.

What started as a dream has now transform me into a florist flower farmer and I can’t be happier!

This is both a continuation of the journey and the beginning of something new and exciting.

Stay with us — we have Dancing Dahlias and many more blooms to share with you.

With gratitude,
Morena
